Our investment policies
LP I Growth - goal is condominium conversions and new developments. a) We purchase or develop multi-units retail centers, professional or medical offices. b) We execute agressive growth-oriented exit value-added strategies and c) We sell the individual units at a profit on the shortest feasible period of time. LP II Income - goal is cash flows with income generation. a) We purchase or develop multi-units retail centers, professional or medical offices with potential to increase our value through cash flows with income generation (rentals) while we hold the property. Secondarily we want to achieve long-term capital appreciation. LP II shall pay quarterly cash dividends after the first year or the development completion. Borrowing Policies We do not borrow in excess of 300% of our net assets (75% LTV). |
